Guiding Beliefs
Whenever I have a big decision to make, I look at whether saying yes (or no) will move me toward or away from living my top 3 values I am about to share with you. My desire is to have every part of my business reflect these values.
- Freedom - I’ve heard it said that “When you own your own business, you only have to work half a day. The other 12 hours you can do whatever you want.”
You’d think from reading this humorous, yet serious statement that you can’t be a business owner and ”have a life” at the same time. However, I believe that having both balance and freedom is not only possible; it’s a state of mind you can excel at. When I experience freedom , it supports me to slow down and meet my value of connecting with others…
- Connection – I believe that it is so much more difficult (if not impossible) to play my “bigger game” when I am on my own. And in any event, why would I want to!?! The door to success is so much easier to find and open with the help of others. Besides, it would get very lonely after awhile being cooped up on my own for days, weeks, or months at a time. Connecting with others then opens up the opportunity to meet my value for contributing…
- Contribution – I make a difference. I have a gift that I share with the world, which includes my knowledge, my wisdom, my skills, and my art. And the world desires to experience those gifts. In return, the world is willing to exchange those gifts for money, which in turn brings me more freedom…
And, the cycle of my top 3 values begins again.

- You get tips that work into your business day. The simple, yet powerful tips help you be more productive, not take time away from your business. In fact, chances are they’ll save you time.
- The time you spend on conference calls will be well worth it. And I’ll be up front with you about how much time you need to invest so that you can make an informed decision whether to participate on the calls.
- You are accountable to follow through making sure you implement the tips and stay consistent with them. I won’t just teach them to you and leave you hanging like you might have experienced at other trainings.
