Focused Business Action (FBA) offers a variety of programs whose sole purpose is to help you work smarter not harder on your way to creating a 6 figure business. Here’s a description of our foundational program which introduces you to the FBA system. Working at home has its own special set of challenges.

Here’s an example of one of the tips from the program:

On Task Alerts

During your work day, set a computer alert or your PDA alarm to go off every 15, 30, or 60 minutes. Use the longest time that you can work before going off task. When it goes off,  look at what you’re doing and make sure you are on task. If you find you are ignoring the alert, use an alarm clock (the more obnoxious the better) that doesn’t shut off by itself and put it across the room from you.

It doesn’t stop there. I don’t share this system with you without also helping you implement it. As a member, you get feedback when you have a new idea, support when you’re stuck and “high fives” when you have a win. All of this is included in the FBA Circle.
