The overwhelming amount of websites, blogs, forums, e-groups, games, chat rooms, and countless other temptations on the Internet can be daunting to say the least. The AD/HD characterstics of impulsiveness, easily distractable, and ability to hyperfocus make it important to monitor one’s time on the Internet.
