Believe it or not, you can meditate, even if you have AD/HD. Most ADDers imagine that in order to meditate they would have to sit there bored for hours or be in excruciating pain from sitting in the same position. With an awareness of your abilities and a little ingenuity, you can find a form of meditation that takes into account your particular style. In addition to the benefit to your emotional and physical health, you can even learn to slow down your mind.
